The SMART program is a voluntary, non-paid professional development program for applicants who have not passed the Purple/ZVRS hiring assessment. It provides a variety of mentored activities for professional development each month, including drop-in mentoring sessions, feedback on submitted work samples, guest presenters on various topics, and interactive events.
