Description of the Program | The Video Interpreter Apprenticeship (VIA) is a paid apprenticeship program for applicants who did not pass the Purple/ZVRS hiring assessment by a narrow margin. It is a short-term, full-time, mentored program designed to improve interpreting skills in order to pass the hiring assessment and become a successful video interpreter (VI). Successful completion of the program results in employment with Purple/ZVRS as a VI with opportunities for community interpreting as well. |
