Is front-end user login required for any content outside the IDP technology solution?

Yes, our grant mandates that we track use of the materials that we develop. The login will be needed for accessing videos, PDF downloads, and other materials that people might access from the website.  For informational pages (i.e. Home, Program, Team, Contact Us), user login would not be required.
